A N Holidays Pvt Ltd specializes in offering travel and holiday packages, including corporate reward and leisure travel programs. The operational elements of travel such as hotel bookings, transportation, activities, and guide services are coordinated through Basil Leaf Hotels.
Each service/package has specific terms of use and a validity period. Outdoor or activity-based experiences may carry health and safety advisories. Users are expected to fully understand all associated risks, terms, and conditions. A N Holidays Pvt Ltd and its affiliates bear no responsibility for adverse outcomes arising from the use of such services.
A N Holidays Pvt Ltd does not operate transportation, hospitality, or related services directly and thus is not liable for delays or deficiencies by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, or transport companies.
Prices and availability are only confirmed upon successful reservation. The inclusions of your selected package will be detailed in the quote. Any services not mentioned are excluded from the pricing.
Price fluctuations due to fuel hikes, tax changes (GST, service tax, etc.), currency exchange rate shifts, or other government actions will be passed on to the user unless full payment is made upfront. Special offers and package deals are valid for a specified period and subject to individual terms. Users must check the validity before booking.
Payment Methods:
- Cheques should be made payable to A N Marketing Associates, payable in Delhi.
- Late payments will incur an interest charge of 18% per annum if unpaid after 14 days from the billing date.
- Online transactions are processed via Razor Pay. A N Holidays Pvt Ltd is not responsible for failed transactions due to banking limits or issues.
- Users are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their financial institutions (Payment Servicing Fees).
Cancellation fees depend on the notice period provided before departure and the policies of third-party suppliers such as hotels or airlines. Some reservations may be non-refundable or unchangeable.
Failing to cancel within the permitted time may result in full charges, including applicable taxes and service fees. Cancellation policies for corporate programs follow agreements with the corporate client and relevant suppliers.
No refunds are applicable for cancellations or delays in transportation services (airlines, trains, coaches) once land arrangements have been booked.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 working days after the scheduled completion of services. For international services, refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees in accordance with RBI regulations.
Refunds for early departures will only be considered upon receiving valid documentation from the supplier. All refunds are subject to supplier approval and may involve administrative charges. No refunds are issued for partially used services or no-shows.
